No. We are an online store. Our offices a solely for order collections and receiving deliveries from our suppliers.
No. We source all our products directly from our overseas suppliers.
Yes. Our products carry a local warranty from 1-2 years or 12-24 months. If you experience any technical or software related issues with within the warranty period, you'll be assist accordingly.
Physically damaged items will not will covered or repaired under warranty.
Delivery takes 5-7 business days, if there are no unforseen custom delays. However, we send out communication should there be any possible delivery delays.
No. The customs and VAT duties are included in the price that you see on the website. The are no hidden-costs at all.
We don't provide support during weekends. Phone calls, Emails and live chats will be attended to from 8:00 AM on Monday throughout Friday.
